Reinforced headstock
A GOOD NECK
The best design

There are various construction methods for shaping the headstock angle: one can start with a very thick plank and carve everything from a single piece, generating a lot of waste and resulting in a fragile neck under the nut, though with good resonance.
Alternatively, two thinner pieces can be used and glued together with a "scarf joint," an angled joint usually around the first frets. This method is certainly more efficient, but the glue line is often aesthetically unappealing and represents a weak point. The construction of the PRIMO uses the best of both methods: the scarf joint is made in the headstock area, which is much less visible, and two strips of very hard wood are inserted through the joint, running under the nut, making the headstock strong and rigid.
"Old" wood for your neck?
Many Nisio guitars feature necks made from wood that is not only well-seasoned but also truly "old." The selection of materials from high-quality windows and furniture, along with careful craftsmanship, allows not only for the reuse of excellent wood that would otherwise go to waste but, most importantly, for the creation of necks with unparalleled quality and stability.
